HDPE GEOMEMBRANE LINER

High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sheets are geomembranes crafted from high-quality resins, thoroughly tested and comprising approximately 97.5% polymer, along with 2.5% Carbon Black, antioxidants, and thermal stabilisers. They do not contain additives that may migrate or lead to brittleness over time.

These HDPE sheets are widely utilised in various applications due to their exceptional properties. The high density of the polyethylene provides a robust and impermeable barrier, making them ideal for applications in environmental containment, such as lining landfills, ponds, and other containment structures.

Applications

  • environmental containment, such as lining landfills, ponds, and other containment structures

Benefits

  • a robust and impermeable barrier
  • UV resistant

The inclusion of Carbon Black contributes to the UV resistance of the geomembranes, enhancing their durability and longevity when exposed to sunlight. This makes HDPE sheets suitable for outdoor applications where prolonged exposure to the elements is a consideration.

Furthermore, the absence of additives that could migrate ensures the stability of the material over an extended period. This characteristic makes HDPE sheets reliable for applications requiring long-term performance, such as in the construction of reservoirs, waste disposal sites, and mining operations.

In summary, High-Density Polyethylene sheets offer a reliable and durable solution for various containment and environmental protection needs, combining high-quality resins, UV resistance, and long-term stability.
